Friends and I had been planning this event for quite some time. It’s a beautiful thursday afternoon, and we find ourselves in Huntington Beach, CA. The US Surf Open held its annual festivities with a week long worth of events including free concerts. The main musical act on this day was Switchfoot. It was a great show, they bring lots of energy to the stage. To kill time, we chilled at the nike motel nearby (event sponsor) caught some professional surfers at work, and hung out with fellow musicians, friends of Axess.
